Section 01

partnership overview
One coordinated resource for year-round marketing and donor communications — built to raise visibility, deepen supporter relationships, and create more consistent opportunities for giving.
One connected strategy
“JJ's Legacy is not simply hiring someone to post on social media. This partnership provides coordinated, year-round marketing and donor communications across social media, email, text, web, Greater Giving, fundraising campaigns, and signature events.
Social media, email, text messaging, the website, Greater Giving, and signature fundraising events are handled as one program rather than separate activities — planned together, branded together, and pointed at the same fundraising goals.
What this partnership is built to do
- Increase event registrations
- Create consistent donation opportunities
- Improve donor communication
- Strengthen sponsor recognition
- Keep supporters engaged between events
- Communicate the organization's impact
- Create a professional public presence
- Reduce the marketing burden on staff

Section 02

monthly marketing services
Consistent storytelling and community engagement that keep JJ's Legacy visible between fundraising events.
Weekly on-site time — Wednesdays
Alycia is on-site two to three hours every Wednesday to gather what the month's communications are built from.
- Staff check-in on priorities and deadlines
- Photos, videos, testimonials, and program information
- Upcoming events, partnerships, and volunteer needs
- Donor, recipient, volunteer, and community stories
- Material for newsletters, blogs, presentations, and campaigns
Marketing stays timely and accurate because it comes straight from the organization's day-to-day work.
Social media strategy, creation, and publishing
We will plan, create, publish, and strategically adapt up to 36 social media content placements per month. Content will be distributed across JJ's Legacy's priority platforms based on the format, message, campaign, and audience. Not every piece of content will be published identically on every platform.
Placements draw from
- Custom-branded graphics
- Short-form videos and Reels
- Impact stories and testimonials
- Donor, volunteer, and sponsor recognition
- Event promotion and reminders
- Educational and awareness content

Social media strategy, creation, and publishing(continued)
- Fundraising appeals
- Blog and newsletter promotion
Platforms include Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest. A monthly editorial calendar keeps storytelling, education, event promotion, sponsor recognition, and fundraising in balance.
Copywriting that drives action
Every placement includes professionally written copy in the compassionate, credible voice of JJ's Legacy — mission storytelling, educational microblogs, donor spotlights, impact statistics, and clear direction to donate, register, volunteer, or sponsor.
Stories and Instagram highlights
At least two Instagram and Facebook Story sequences are published each week — countdowns, polls, behind-the-scenes video, donation and registration links, sponsor recognition, and fundraising progress.
Custom Highlight covers organize those stories into categories such as Our Mission, Get Involved, Donate, Events, Gala, Grillin' & Brewin', Impact, Volunteers, and Sponsors, so new visitors immediately find a way to give or participate.
Community management
Comments, direct messages, and mentions are monitored regularly and answered promptly, with donors, sponsors, and volunteers acknowledged and community or media opportunities flagged.
Sensitive, confidential, medical, financial, or organization-specific inquiries are routed to the appropriate JJ's Legacy staff member.
Section 03

email & text marketing
Direct communication that keeps supporters informed and moves them toward registration, participation, and giving.
Quarterly email newsletter
One professionally written and designed newsletter each quarter: program updates, upcoming events, impact stories, donor and sponsor recognition, and clear ways to give. Performance is reviewed using open rates, clicks, registrations, and donation activity.
Year-end giving campaign
A coordinated campaign keeps JJ's Legacy visible through the most important giving season of the year, with each message building toward one clear donation opportunity.
The campaign includes
- A central campaign message and theme
- Giving Tuesday communications, when applicable
- Coordinated email appeals and deadline reminders
- Social posts, stories, and website messaging
- Impact-focused donor stories
- Final reminders and thank-you messaging
Text message marketing
Concise, action-oriented texts are written and scheduled as needed, generally up to one planned campaign per month — registration deadlines, bidding reminders, Giving Tuesday, year-end giving, event-day instructions, and thank-yous. Additional messages may be prepared in advance for both signature events.
Messages are sent only to contacts who have provided appropriate consent, within the capabilities of JJ's Legacy's selected messaging platform.
Section 04

website & blog
A current, credible digital home that makes it easier for supporters to learn, participate, and donate.
Monthly website updates
Routine content updates keep the site accurate and aligned with active campaigns, and make donation and volunteer opportunities easy to find.
- Adding and updating events
- Homepage announcements
- Program, staff, sponsor, and partner information
- Donation and registration links
- Campaign landing-page content
- Photographs and recent impact information
- Removing expired information and broken links
- Connecting visitors to Greater Giving pages
Major redesigns, custom development, advanced integrations, and extensive new page builds are not included and may be quoted separately.
One original blog post each month
Written, formatted, and published with search visibility and supporter engagement in mind — impact stories, donor and volunteer spotlights, event previews and recaps, educational resources, awareness-month content, sponsor spotlights, and year-end giving stories.
Each post is repurposed across social media, newsletters, and email campaigns so one story works everywhere.
